  1. 3 ounces Aperol
  2. 1 ounce Prosecco
  3. 1 ounce club soda
  4. One lemon twist
  1. In an ice-filled rocks glass, stir together the Aperol, Prosecco and club soda. Garnish with the lemon twist.
