Cocktail consultant Ryan Magarian garnishes this drink with a tequila-marinated dried cherry wrapped in a mole-spiced sausage slice.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces añejo tequila
  3. 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  4. 1/4 ounce Licor 43
  5. Dash of Angostura bitters
  6. Dash of orange bitters
  7. 1 fresh cherry
  1. Fill two-thirds of a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cherry. Stir briskly for 30 seconds to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the cherry.
