"Curaçao, lime and rum are the Holy Trinity of the island rum drink," says world-famous mixologist Dale DeGroff. His añejo (aged) highball is a tribute to great Cuban bartenders like Constantine Ribalaigua, who created the Papa Doble daiquiri for Hemingway. The Grand Marnier here replaces the curaçao.
