- 4 mint sprigs
- 2 dashes of peach bitters
- 2 ounces fino sherry
- 2 ounces chilled bitter lemon soda
- One 2-inch strip of lemon zest
- In a white wine glass, gently muddle the mint sprigs with the peach bitters. Half fill the glass with ice, add the sherry and bitter lemon soda and stir well. Garnish with the lemon zest.
