Two bracing Italian liqueurs, Cynar and Campari, lend this quirky orange-accented sparkling cocktail a love-it-or-hate-it bitterness.

  • SERVINGS: 1 drink

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 1 ounce Cynar
  3. 1/2 ounce Campari
  4. 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
  5. 3 ounces chilled Champagne
  6. 1 orange twist

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Cynar, Campari and juice and shake well. Strain into a chilled flute, top with the Champagne and garnish with the twist.
