- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- Pinch of brown sugar (optional)
- Pinch of kosher or sea salt (optional)
How to make this recipe
- Spread almond butter on all four slices of bread. Add a layer of blueberries on two of the slices. Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar or salt over the blueberries, if you like. Top with the remaining two slices. Slice and serve.
