- 1 ounce white rum
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey mixed with 1 teaspoon warm water
- 1 ounce chilled Champagne
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice and honey syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and stir in the Champagne.
