Glassware Guide Great Gin Cocktails
2 ounces aged Rhum agricole
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce Simple Ginger Syrup
1/2 ounce Cane Syrup or Rich Simple Syrup
11 mint leaves
2 ounces chilled club soda
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the club soda and 1 mint leaf; shake well. Pour through a fine strainer into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the remaining mint leaf.
