Rhum agricole has a grassy flavor that's delicious in this cocktail from San Francisco's rum-loving Smuggler's Cove.

  1. 2 ounces guava nectar
  2. 2 ounces rhum agricole
  3. 3/4 ounce lime juice
  4. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  5. 1/2 ounce Navan
  6. 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  7. Ice
  8. 2 ounces club soda
  9. Freshly grated cinnamon
  10. Mint sprig, cinnamon stick or lime wheel, for garnish
  1. Fill a shaker with ice. Add the guava nectar, rhum agricole, lime juice, Simple Syrup, Navan and bitters; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass; top with club soda and cinnamon. Garnish with a mint sprig, cinnamon stick or lime wheel (or all three).
