  1. 1 1/2 ounces Herbsaint or absinthe
  2. 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  3. 3 ounces half-and-half
  4. Dash of orange flower water
  5. 1 large egg white
  6. 1/4 ounce white crème de menthe
  7. Ice
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
