Bittermens mole bitters and Cynar, a bitter artichoke liqueur, enhance this drink's chocolaty undertones. Artichoke contains cynarin, a phytochemical that evokes the perception of sweetness in most people.

 More Terrific Cocktails

  1. Ice
  2. 1 1/2 ounces reposado tequila
  3. 1 ounce white crème de cacao
  4. 3/4 ounce Cynar
  5. 2 dashes of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters or Angostura bitters
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
