The American Express Restaurant Trade Program is held at Aspen’s historic Hotel Jerome, which has been newly renovated and will serve as the base for the three-day program. The Restaurant Trade Program will feature a diverse group of noteworthy industry leaders discussing pertinent topics including how to adapt and stay relevant, the role that mentorship can play in building a successful business and how technology is changing the industry. This year’s talent includes Hugh Acheson, Tyler Florence, Michael Jacobs, Barbara Lynch and Andrew Zimmern, among others.
