This year marks the 20th anniversary of the AMERICAN EXPRESS® RESTAURANT TRADE PROGRAM, which will begin with a kick-off seminar featuring top chefs and restaurateurs who have made a lasting impact on the trade over the past 20 years, including Danny Meyer and Jacques Pépin.
