Grilled Niçoise Tuna Steaks

WINE—The French Riviera is famous for fragrant, light-bodied, dry rosés made from Carignane, Cinsaut, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. Look for the 2008 L’Estandon, which has crisp acidity and fresh berry flavors.
