For the past 26 years, the American Express Restaurant Trade Program, developed for the professionals who shape the world of hospitality, has brought together chefs, restaurant operators and leading industry professionals for a two-day program featuring networking events and dynamic panel discussions with some of the industry's brightest stars.

In Meet the Masters, the industry's most acclaimed chefs and operators will discuss their ongoing success in the hospitality industry. The chefs will share how they navigate challenges and opportunities in a fickle and ever-changing restaurant landscape and what they foresee as the future of the industry. The panelists will share best practices and key insights from their experiences, including how to leverage technology and social channels to drive business, staying relevant in this competitive industry, retaining and mentoring staff, understanding trends, and more.

In ROI: Restaurateurs on Investments, chefs will provide best practices for what investors are looking for in their next big investment. From writing a business plan, to launching a branding campaign, or talking through the risks and process of investing in restaurants, panelists will provide anecdotes from their experience in restaurant investments.

New to this year's event will be a New Restaurant Concept Pitch Contest, which is only open to Trade Program pass holders. Participants will have the opportunity to submit a new restaurant concept to American Express with an opportunity to pitch their concept to a panel of experts and more than 200 attendees of the Restaurant Trade Program.
