Moroccan Halibut Dinner
Pan-cooked halibut steaks are served with a spiced oil fragrant with coriander, cumin and fennel seeds. Two salads are the perfect hot-weather accompaniments: cooked zucchini slices scented with cinnamon; and couscous with crunchy bits of scallion, carrot and cucumber. Serve slices of orange tea cake with fresh fruit for dessert.
