Grilled Shish Kebab Dinner

Prepare a grilled menu with a Middle Eastern slant this weekend. Refreshing tabbouleh salad is made with coarse bulgur wheat, and our version has marinated artichokes, baby spinach, crumbled feta cheese and toasted pine nuts along with fragrant scallions, parsley and mint. Tempting shish kebabs are made with marinated cubes of lamb, skewered with pieces of bell pepper and onion and accompanied by garlicky tahini sauce and pita bread. Serve the almond pudding in pretty stemmed glasses, sprinkled with crushed almonds or pistachio nuts.
