Holiday Tea Party
Invite your friends over for an afternoon of gossip and light refreshment. Serve something savory, such as the duck and mango sandwiches suggested below--cut the sandwiches into dainty slices for easier serving, and use prepared Peking duck or sautéed duck breasts for the sandwiches. A varied arrangement of delicate cookies will please all nibblers, and an orange-and-cardamom cake will give the sweet-eaters something more substantial.
