Asian Soup-and-Salad Lunch

Prepare a quick and zesty soup of rice-stick (otherwise known as pad thai) noodles, shiitake mushrooms and strips of pork tenderloin. Asian shrimp salad has a riot of colorful vegetables: snow peas, jicama and red and yellow bell peppers. Crunchy raspberry and chocolate-filled fried wonton "firecrackers" are served warm with ginger caramel sauce. The sauce can be prepared and refrigerated up to one month ahead (if you can trust yourself enough not to keep dipping in for "just a taste!")
