Argentinean Lamb Dinner

Cauliflower, broccoflower and frisée salad gets a flavor boost from stuffed green olives and capers. If you can't find broccoflower, substitute broccoli. Roasted leg of lamb and fried potatoes are served with chimichurri, an Argentinean sauce that's heavy on the garlic. Lemony rice pudding can be refrigerated overnight and given a last-minute sprinkling of cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa.
