Hearty Baked Sausage Supper

Tuna mousse is a simple appetizer to be enjoyed with crisp breadsticks or spread on toast. You can make it up to three days in advance, but bring it to room temperature before serving. Baked sausages with fennel, potatoes and fontina are a hearty and quick entree. Feel free to substitute hot sausages for mild ones for a spicier meal. Radicchio, endive and watercress provide the base for an olive vinaigrette. Make the crostata with two different jams, one on each side of the tart, for an interesting flavor and color contrast.
