Hanger Steak Dinner
Red wine, balsamic and raspberry vinegars make a spectacular dressing for a mixed salad of Boston lettuce, radicchio and shaved Parmesan cheese. Our version of hanger steak is quickly cooked in a skillet until medium-rare, sliced, topped with sauteed shallots and served with parslied potatoes.
