Tapas Cocktail Party
Enjoy a special tapas menu the next time you have guests over for at the cocktail hour. Offer a selection of Spanish red wines and sherries. If you can't find Serrano ham for the canapés, substitute prosciutto. Prepare an assortment of crudites to accompany the Goat Cheese and Piquillo Pepper Puree. The Spanish omelet can be prepared ahead. Serve it at room temperature cut into bite-size pieces.
