<p>The light-infused seaside villa, set on the region's best snorkeling beach and centered around a tiled courtyard pool, contains four breezy, terrazzo-floored rooms decorated with dark woods, rattan furniture, and white gauzy fabrics. New Yorkers Lisa and Harry Rodriguez moved to Rincón in 2004 to open this casual inn, and every morning the couple fixes an elaborate breakfast and sends guests on their way with extensive recommendations for what to see and do in the area.</p> <p><strong>Tip:</strong> The entire house is available for rent at once; with its extremely reasonable prices (starting at $760), it's often full during high season.</p> <p><strong>Room to Book:</strong> The Sea View Apartment, on the second floor, is a spacious aerie with a sleeping loft and a full kitchen.</p>
