The National Hotel Miami Beach
Located in the Art Deco District, the historic National Hotel provides a quiet retreat from the party atmosphere of Collins Avenue. The beachfront property retains much of its 1930’s design, from the pale-yellow stucco façade to the lobby’s geometric wall sconces and vintage barrel chairs. Furnished in neutral tones, the 151 guest rooms have views of the Atlantic Ocean, the city skyline, or the hotel’s most famous feature: a 205-foot infinity pool lined with towering palm trees. The restaurant serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, and is decorated with jazzy touches like polka-dotted chairs and a ceiling mosaic of an old-fashioned femme fatale.
