This pink hotel—also known as the Nellie—has been a Cape Town favorite for more than 100 years. And a recent refurbishment of the Oasis wing has restored the grande dame’s classic style, with gleaming mirrors, four-poster beds, and historic prints of South Africa. In the terraced Victorian cottages, the Garden Suites are a secret hideaway for visiting celebrities seeking sanctuary.
