<p>In the summer of 2009, the team behind the Empire Hotel's hit rooftop spot unveiled the Baboon Lounge, in Gramercy Park atop The Marcel. The idea was to create a sophisticated space that offers a fine selection of Italian wines, as well as simian-themed cocktails. <strong>Specialty</strong> Try the “King Kong,” which has splashes of banana and coffee liqueurs.</p>
