The Loka Brunn hotel is located in a restorative landscape of forest, lakes, and purported healing waters. The hotel is comprised of 54 buildings built between the 1700s and 1900s, including the 1913 Great Society Restaurant, which serves Swedish cuisine such as deer with mushrooms or baked perch with trout roe. Each of the 154 rooms has unique decor and history; The King Building, for instance, was formerly owned by Gustav III and has blond wood floors, 18th-century furniture, and blue-patterned wallpaper. The spa offers a gym, whirlpool, floating sauna, and the popular pine-needle oil mudpack treatment.
