Loews Vanderbilt Hotel
Vanderbilt’s recent $17-million renovation overhauled everything from the lobby and suites to the bathrooms, which now sport black granite countertops and Nashville-inspired graphic wall coverings. With a nod to Music City, playful touches in the 326 rooms and 14 suites include wake-up calls by musicians Vince Gill and Sugarland; the lobby jukebox spins albums exclusively by artists who’ve stayed at the hotel. Guests can take advantage of the fitness center, courtesy shuttle to nearby attractions, and kid- and pet-friendly amenities. Meanwhile, the new restaurant and bar, Mason’s, serves up Southern-inspired brasserie dishes such as espresso-rubbed beef tenderloin with tarragon creamed corn, and has an extensive bourbon and moonshine selection.
