Le Pavillon de la Reine
Housed in an 18th-century mansion on Place des Voges, Le Pavillon de la Reine hotel has a vine-covered façade and a shaded inner courtyard separated from the square by an iron gate. Inside, the 54 guestrooms are individually designed in either a historic style (canopy beds and vintage trunks) or a contemporary style (modern dark wood furniture and brightly colored bedding). A breakfast buffet is served in the fireplace salon—which contains antique armchairs and gold-framed 17th-century portraiture—and in the library salon, which is lined with books by Victor Hugo, whose former home is just across the square.
