Le Manoir de L'Etang
After buying Le Manoir de L’Etang from the family who had owned it for more than 50 years, Camilla Richards gave it a modern update, filling the ivy-covered Côte d'Azur villa with eclectic touches. In the 20 rooms, spread among four buildings, abstract prints adorn the walls and salvaged doors form headboards on beds covered with vibrantly hued linen pillows. Outside, guests lounge by the pool or stroll around the property’s lotus flower–filled lake. The restaurant, Il Lago, serving dishes such as gnocchi with mint, is a destination in its own right.
