Reached via a 15-minute ferry ride from central Stockholm, the aim of the Hotel J is to emulate a Newport, Rhode Island, summerhouse. Inspired by classic American yachts, the 45 rooms are kitted out in crisp blue-and-white fabrics and oak furniture while public areas use canvas sails as matting.
