Filled with ancient stone buildings, crumbling châteaux, and winding cobblestoned streets, the hamlet is set in north-central Burgundy and surrounded by some of the world's oldest and most celebrated vineyards.</p> <p><strong>Don't Miss:</strong> Immersing yourself in the region's vaunted wines. The heart of Burgundy's terroir is a 45-minute drive north; but Les Roches's proprietors also host tasting functions (as well as lavish evening meals) in the property's wine cellar.</p>
