For two years, chef Michelle Bernstein’s cobalt blue dining room has been one of the most popular spots in town. Her dishes incorporate influences from Latin America to Europe—gently fried Cuban-style croquetas are filled with strips of Gorgonzola—and the outstanding wine list includes obscure bottles such as a 2004 Lucien Crochet Sancerre Rouge and a 2004 Albert Boxler Alsatian Chasselas.
