Its quirky list of 24 wines by the glass highlights special, great-value Chilean choices (a Gewürztraminer, for example—rare, since Chile only started making whites in the 1990s and still focuses on Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs) and trendy local ensamblajes (blends). The wine list is designed to offer seamless matches for the streamlined Asian dishes, such as grilled tuna with ginger.
