Famous Buenos Aires chef Fernando Trocca (who also co-owns Gran Bar Danzon and Bar Uriarte) runs this warehouse-chic contemporary Argentinean restaurant, which has exposed ductwork, a battered wooden floor and a well-stocked wine cellar. When he's not jetting between his other spots here and in Guadalajara, Mexico, Trocca can be spotted supervising staff in Sucre's open kitchen.
