This seven-month-old restaurant, set in a century-old building on a former army base, evokes an officer’s club with ceiling fans and restored stainless steel cabinets. Chef Zoi Antonitsas serves simple roasted chicken, flatiron steak and epic french fries, but also throws in a few fun curves; her “Broadway and Columbus” combines Chinatown’s roast duck with Italian garlic noodles.
