Since Casa Mono opened in 2003, New Yorkers have been fighting over the 10-odd tables at this Gramercy Park spot, co-owned by Mario Batali. Chef Andy Nusser does wonderful things with organ meats and the Spanish canon, creating earthy, addictive dishes out of ingredients rarely seen elsewhere, like cockscombs and duck hearts, as well as less exotic ones.
