New Orleans is a seafood town, but it has a real weakness for roast beef po’boys (submarine sandwiches), and the ones served here, on crisped, gravy-soaked French bread, are worthy of pressed linen and stemware. This dark corner saloon in the Irish Channel has none of that, however; it’s divey even by New Orleans standards.
