Chef David Myers (an F&W Best New Chef 2003) brilliantly fuses modern French cuisine with Japanese subtleties and an all-American spirit. The monochromatic dining room is spare and serene and the wine list is superb, with a heavy emphasis on Bordeaux.

Lobster risotto with kaffir lime and shellfish emulsion; braised kurobuta pork short rib with black barley.
