Chef Damien Dulas relocated from French icon Guy Savoy’s Paris flagship last spring to open this formal dining room, which may be America’s most expensive restaurant (appetizers average $55). The mostly French wine list is so massive, it’s brought out to your table on its own stand. Not surprisingly, the modern French dishes veer toward decadence.
