The canteen of Honolulu’s creative and hip set, including the crew of the TV show Lost, Town finally got its liquor license last year and now has a well-edited wine list and cocktails such as a vodka Lemonade Drop made with locally produced honey. Chefs Ed Kenney and Dave Caldiero cook with organic produce from local Ma’o Farms and house-made pasta and mozzarella.
