Locals make a beeline for this lime-green Chinatown storefront where chef-owner Betty Pang prepares well-spiced Malaysian home cooking. In her tiny hole-in-the-wall, she pours house-made cider for customers then cooks the orders, which often include off-the-menu specials for regulars. A tableful of dishes (served in Styrofoam containers) rarely costs more than $40.
