It was big news last fall when restaurateur Dave Stewart opened Brasserie Du Vin in Honolulu’s gentrifying Chinatown. Mix-and-match wood tables and chairs and European knickknacks are spread around the place. The long bar offers 300 wines, ranging from refreshing Vinho Verde to vintage Montrachet.
