Not only is Ken Oringer the chef-owner of this justifiably hyped tapas spot, but he also oversees the elegant Clio and sashimi bar Uni; plus, he’s opening a fancy taco joint by Fenway Park and a modern steak house in the Nine Zero Hotel. At Toro, a brick-walled space with high, beamed ceilings and a massive communal table, he serves excellent traditional Spanish dishes along with a few creative options.
