This tiny, black-and-white-tiled room has tin ceilings, marble tables and antique mirrors—in short, a classic backdrop for the mighty raw bar. There are locally harvested cherrystone clams and littlenecks, but the big draw is the dozen-plus bivalves from nearby Wellfleet or far-off Washington state.
