Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio opened the first Mexican outpost of his Lima-based empire earlier this year, and it has been crowded ever since. In an informal room with enormous windows, Acurio’s disciple Diego Oka creates a selection of sublime seviches and grilled seafood dishes.
