The hippest restaurant in town is in the already-hip Philippe Starck–designed Fasano Hotel. Sardinian-born chef Salvatore Loi, who describes the ambiance as evoking “the relaxed feeling of long lunches along the Mediterranean coast,” specializes in exceptional fish, as well as just-rolled pasta.
