Though Francis Mallmann is Argentina’s most celebrated chef, this is his only restaurant in Buenos Aires—and there is room for just 20 diners at a time. Inside a tall Italianate house with velvet crimson drapes, waiters carry dishes from Mallmann’s short, “classical and rebellious” (his words) menu. The wine list includes great Argentine bottles such as Angélica Zapata’s 2002 Malbec.
