This industrial-hip, eight-month-old restaurant is in a former factory in Amsterdam North, an area that’s been turning into the next art-and-food mecca. To feed the artsy crowd, chef Tiddo Post has devised a menu of simple, tasty dishes from all over Europe; he calls his food “honest cuisine.”
